As Managing Director of the Perses Group and a former demolition contractor, I have spent my career working across demolition, health and safety, and high-risk industries, both in the UK and internationally. I am passionate about helping organisations solve complex problems, improve standards and deliver projects safely, efficiently and responsibly. My work has taken me across a wide range of regulatory, cultural, and operational environments, giving me a strong appreciation of the challenges clients face across different countries and jurisdictions. Through Perses, I aim to combine practical industry experience with international best practice, build trusted relationships, and deliver solutions that create lasting value.
