The Institute of Demolition Engineers is pleased to support the 3rd Annual Aging Assets & Decommissioning Conference, taking place on 19–21 October 2026 at The Westin Brisbane, Australia.

The conference will bring together professionals to discuss the challenges and opportunities involved in managing ageing assets and planning for decommissioning.

Scott Chalmers, Chair of the IDE’s APAC Chapter, will discuss the value of continuing professional development in the demolition industry and outline the pathways to international membership of the IDE.
