The Institute of Demolition Engineers held its 48th Annual General Meeting last year at Norton’s in Birmingham, followed by lunch and a presentation of awards.
The Institute also welcomed their new President, Mr Adrian McLean FIDE and Vice-President, Mr Mark Jack MIDE, with a special thanks to Mr Vernon Watson FIDE as the outgoing president.
The members also elected some new members of the Council of Management: Mr Mark Kime MIDE and Mr Mark Hill MIDE.
More than 30 engineers and associates to the Institute were presented with fellowships or special awards at the event, hosted by Adrian McLean FIDE in his first year as President.
