Key Safety Campaigns in Focus at the BSC Annual Conference
Key UK and European Health and Safety Campaigns – including work-related transport, occupational health and young people – will be explored at the BSC Annual Conference entitled: “Health and Safety – What’s Next?” in central London on Wednesday 23rd September 2015.
The conference provides the opportunity to gain insight into innovation and best practice in Health and Safety management, and will include keynote addresses, presentations and panel discussions.
Health and Safety campaigns to be explored are:
* Safer Lorry Scheme, launching in London in September – Glen Davies, Freight & Fleet Programme Manager, Transport for London (TfL).
* Healthy Workplaces Campaigns: getting the message to workplaces across Europe – Birgit Muller, Communications Officer, European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA)
* Speak Up, Stay Safe Young Worker Campaign – Matthew Holder, Head of Campaigns and Engagement, British Safety Council.
Additional Health and Safety topics include: Supply Chain Safety, Competence and Training, Best Practice from member organisations
