Small Projects Differently: CDM2015 changing the game

This year’s conference, Small Projects Differently, recognises that CDM2015 changed the game for small projects, many of which were previously non-Notifiable, and often ignored CDM.

Now these projects have to be managed differently. The commercial Client has duties to understand and must think differently about how they engage with their projects. Teamwork, not paperwork, is key to the delivery but this poses quite a challenge. Health and Safety must be delivered proportionately and appropriately to the project size and type, but this will vary greatly as each project is unique.

At the conference, you will hear from a number of industry experts about how some these challenges are being tackled successfully.  You will also have a chance to debate and consider the impact of CDM2015 on the industry.

Venue

The conference takes place at the Royal Armouries, Leeds Dock, close to the city centre.  The Museum is home to the national collection of arms and armour.
