On 12 May the Council of Management elected and admitted thirteen new members. Five of these were Affiliates and eight entered the basic demolition engineering grade from which, by means of examinations, experience and professional interview, they will progress to Full Membership of the Institute. New PQP Card Holder

Lee Rowbotham MIDE of KDC Contractors has achieved the prestigious Professionally Qualified Person Card. Lee joined the IDE in February 2008 and successfully passed the examinations a year later.
