Aims and Objectives for the Preparation Day

Written on March 3, 2011 at 4:31 pm, by

The purpose of the entrance examination preparation day is to outline the scope of the Institutes entrance exam criteria and to prepare the candidates to understand the rational behind the questions and how to structure the answers.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The candidates will be able to identify the structure and meaning of the questions. They will be able to structure the answer to aim for maximum points.  They will be able to recognise the importance of managing the time frames to provide adequate and sufficient information to the examiners.  They will be aware of the examination rules, the penalties for infringement and the appeal process should they be censored or register a fail.
