Based in Witham, Essex, the depot officially opened on 3 February with a Launch Day held on the premises.
Worsley Plant are one of the UK’s leading providers of materials processing equipment to the Recycling, Demolition, Construction and Waste Management industries. With their Head Office based in Cheshire, the new depot will strengthen their customer focus in the South of the UK. The company celebrates its 20th birthday this year and continues to grow, currently offering products from a range of industry leading suppliers. These include, MB, the world leader for crushing and screening buckets, ROTAR who manufacture award winning demolition attachments, and REMU who offer screening buckets for a wide range of applications. Their most recent supplier, LEHNHOFF, are the European market leader in fully automatic quick coupler systems.
The Launch Day was well attended with four suppliers coming along to show their commitment to the UK expansion. Static products were on display as well as an outdoor working demo of Lehnhoff.
The IDE meeting was also held on the premises in the afternoon. With presentations from Howard Button, FIDE, CEO NFDC and Adrian McLean FIDE, Armac Demolition the event was very successful and well attended.
