It was with regret that the Institute applied stricter conditions regarding the achievement of Continuing Professional Development hours upon its members. It was a step that no one wanted to take but necessary for our standing as a professional body of “Individuals Demonstrating Excellence”
However with the deadline for submitting applications now past, we can report that on 14 June the Membership Committee will be considering the largest number ever of applications for basic grade membership, and a bumper harvest of upgrade applications to go forward to Professional Interview for Full Membership.
There are 25 applications to join and 11 applications to upgrade.
We look forward to more applications for consideration at the 27 September 2012 Membership Committee meeting. Applications to join and applications to upgrade must be with the National Secretary by 27 August.
